Just in time for NY Fashion Week, the New York City Economic Development Corporation, with the Fashion Institute of Technology, is launching Design Entrepreneurs NYC.
Design Entrepreneurs NYC is a free, intensive mini-MBA program offering designers the skills to run a fashion label, including marketing, operations and financial management.
The free program starts June 1 and runs through September. At the end of the program, participants will present their business plans to a panel of influential industry leaders. NYC-based fashion designers who have been in business for at least a year are eligible. The application deadline is March 31st.
